I got the same messages on a screen when I tried both a RAW & jpeg image!! This is getting do be a bit frustrating! Upload an image to find out your cameras shutter count. One of the videos I watched said to "upload" a RAW image and another video showed a "jpeg" photo being uploaded. I tried several different methods as explained in the various videos, but each time I "upload" an image like it asked for, I get a screen message saying that my camera doesn't include any shutter count data. Could the shutter count info possibly be found inside the camera's body by pressing the "Menu" button?
